NCAA Norwin Girls' Basketball

Dates: February 24-26
March 2-4
Weekday games will begin no earlier than 6:00pm if needed.
Sunday games will begin no earlier than 12:00pm.
Locations:
Format: All grade divisions will be pool play format.
Each team will play a minimum of three games.
Top pool winners will compete in championship rounds.
Divisions:
4th,
5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th

Entry fee is $185 per team payable to NCAA Girls’ Basketball.
Team rosters are limited to 12 players.
Awards for first and second place teams in each division.
All players must be from the same school district.
No AAU teams allowed.
A player may play in their grade division or higher but only on one team
in the tournament.
PIAA rules and officials
Games will consist of 4 – 6 minute quarters, with the clock stopping on
all whistles.
There will be a 2 minute overtime, if necessary.
Each team has 2-full & 2-30 second timeouts, per game. 1-full timeout
for overtime.(No carryover)
A press can be used at all times, unless leading by 20 or more points.
Mercy rule will be in effect for all leads above 20 in the 4th
quarter.
